"Great hotel"

"Be VERY CAREFUL if you are booking a room with a detached bathroom. These detached bathrooms are not as private as they claim to be. Everything was clean enough and fine, but there was no way to lock the detached bathrooms from the outside so you cannot leave any of your things in there. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is very bare bones. Some staff were friendly, others were not. It's a bit of a gamble to see who you'll deal with. At least the train station is right across the street. If the price is cheap, I would recommend booking. Otherwise, I wouldn't book if the price is too high."

"Clean, accessible room with a killer view of the Mary Eddy Library and reflecting pool. Very comfortable bed and nice to have steamer, coffee maker and mini fridge. Nice staff. Not the best place to stay with accessibility issues though - you must take stairs (I was in a wheelchair, so very painful), and the garage elevator almost did not fit my normal manual wheelchair. Location is fantastic for the able-bodied."

"Our room was VERY dark, only 1 light above the bed and 1 in the bathroom, none in the entrace way so entering it was hard to see. The room was very small but comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed and we had 2 complimentary waters which was nice. We ate dinner in our room but there is nowhere to sit other than the bed without a table. The staff was very nice but the elevator was kinda scary. Hotel only offers valet parking and is very expensive."

"Only there for a short stay so did not take advantage of amenities. However, the room was spacious with a great view and very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and will likely stay again in the future. "

"Decent room and nice lobby area, but nothing "luxury" about it despite the hotel's description. Average free hotel continental breakfast, comparable to what you'd get at a Day's Inn, for example. The biggest problem I have with the hotel is their billing."
