"Everything about my stay was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in and getting into my room, I discovered the inside of my room was more humid than it was outside. The thermostat showed that it was 70% humidity, but it was certainly much more being as I’m a general contractor. The room was also very filthy. The floor was dirty and sticky and when I got in the shower from walking on the floor for one minute, a lot of dirt came off my feet. As I was in the shower, I noticed that there was hair all over the shower pan, and some of it was pubic hair. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Given all of these factors I was unable to sleep well at all and one night I only got four hours of sleep. After my first nights stay, I still politely walk down to the front desk in the morning on my way to work and asked if the humidity in the room was normal, to which I got a response that was “I don’t know. I’m not a maintenance guy.“ I bit my tongue and then asked if someone could please clean the room as it was very dirty, to which I was told they only do room cleaning every three days. I told them it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. No one came to clean it so I went and bought cleaning products myself to make the room cleaner for my last night’s stay. The only pleasurable part of my stay was the front desk attendant who checked me in, she wore glasses and was extremely friendly. Everything else made it easily the worst hotel visit of my entire life."

"I underestimated this location. This was the best stay, the cleaning staff could have been a little bit more mindful in terms of making the bed throughout the stay. The Manager / Owner FANTASTIC super kind and helpful. The food and kitchen staff amazingly friendly. This stay was phenomenal. "

"Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed."

"This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter"
