Quite expensive considering the condition of the property and the "amenities" offered. Resort fees and parking fees felt like insult-to-injury. That being said, once the renovation is complete I would probably stay again and it would feel like a better value."

"Upon checkin we asked if there was a nice room or upgrade available as I’m Hilton Honors and Expedia Gold, she said no, they were full and she proceeded to issue us a room that was horrible, with three windows on the second floor that started at the hotel AC system and a dirty brick wall.. that was all we saw and heard with workman outside the window at 8 am.. we ate at the rooftop restaurant which was mediocre at best.. the valet staff was very good, other than that, I would say this was one of the worst hotel rooms we’ve ever overpaid for.. this hotel should NOT be in Hilton’s Elevated “Tapestry” Collection, it’s very old and run down. Bathrooms are TINY.. plastic showers! Huge disappointment and we will never be back.. "

"This would have been a 5-star review if the listing would have been more transparent in the fact that this a 2-person (3 max if you don’t mind a daybed in the same room as you) room. Another helpful description would be that the room is lofted in case you have mobility issues. Otherwise, everything is perfect!"

"The room was small but clean and had very poor amenities. Over $700 for (2) nights was outrageous and comparable with a motel six at the best. There wasn't a front desk for information. Everything you needed you had to request on-line. I was in a hurry threw some clothes out of the washer thinking I could iron once in the hotel . No iron or ironing board inside the room. The tv was like a puzzle and had to buy shows to watch. No iron or ironing board. No closet for your clothes and cabinet space to hold your personal belongings like toothpaste, deodorant and etc. False advertisement like its a luxury hotel and just a remodeled Motel. I had hell trying to get receipt on what I paid so I could split with my roommate. I was so embarrassed because I told my date that it was a really nice place to stay and it was like a remodeled Motel Six at best. It was clean was the only positive thing I could say. Cheap on soap and not enough towels. Over $700 for one king size room for 2 nights was outrageously expensive. I was so disappointed. When I see the price and pictures, I thought it would be a luxury hotel. No pool and you couldn't access the vending machines for ice or laundry because the door code was screwed up. I called but no one ever came to fix it. I will never stay at such an overrated place like this again. Price gouging at the finest. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially carrying a date. I was so embarrassed. "

"This location was ideal - just a few minutes from everything. We came for hiking and horse racing and we were very close to both! The property was clean and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood. "

But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them.."
