The interaction became uncomfortable, as their tone and approach came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism."

"Just needed a quiet clean room for one night. Slightly further from centre but looked like good bus routes. Was ideal for me as just needed somewhere quiet where I could sleep. Wifi ok and managed to watch some videos and do wifi calls. Room clean and good size. Not suitable if you have children or elderly as corridor and stairs quite narrow. Would consider another night if just needed a quiet sleep."
