"Our stay was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Sitting out in the courtyard in the evening enjoying a drink from the Cask Bar was a nice experience, too. "
"Location was within walking distance to some nice pubs and resturants. They have two bars and the bigger one is nicer than the one in the lobby area. But works. The one in the bigger bar also has music."
"We had a great stay at the Maldron. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Parking was also convenient and close by."
"Everything about this hotel is just perfect
From check in to check out all the staff bartenders, waiters ,cleaners and the desk staff were thoroughly professional
I have stayed in Cork several times and i rate this hotel as good if not better than most
And it is only a fraction of of the others prices
And it is only 7 euros return to go into Cork city"
"Property had an event and it went on most of the night and really didnt gwt much sleep. Could have been roomed away the event and had the folks involved roomed closer to it. Since there weren't sleeping anyway?"
"The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The small onsite parking area was closed for construction so parking was a bit of a problem. The hotel did validate the offsite parking fees which was very helpful."
"Our room was overall very comfortable with air conditioning, a hot large shower, tv, free coffee and tea, and a beautiful view of the river and city. The buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was parking. We were lucky enough to find a spot a block away for free, but be prepared to park at City Hall and pay 12 euros as there is no parking on the hotel's property. Otherwise, great place to stay."
