Nice rooms and dining, excellent staff, food great. only drawback the only nice view (of the canal) isnt visible from any of the bedrooms. all the room balconies either overlook the road and roundabout or the car park

Top shelf! We booked last minute as we weren’t sure where we would end up on our roadtrip. Our room-with three beds as requested-was ready when we walked in. The room itself was lovely-well appointed and very comfortable. The balcony was also really nice. The on site restaurant is wonderful and ending our evening with drinks on the canal was perfect. We added breakfast and it was fantastic. We will absolutely stay again!

We konden veel eerder inchecken!! Dat kwam zeer goed uit! Minder was dat we de volgende ochtend ruim 3 uur voor uitchecken verstoord werden doir de schoonmaak!! Er lagen haarspelden in de douche!!!

Ziet er sjiek uit, goed verzorgd, behoorlijk schoon. Schoonmaak is fijn, personeel vriendelijk. Goede uitvalsbasis om te overnachten voor een weekend Leiden. Ligt centraal, naast busstation voor bus 43. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en ook van de dinerkaart is veel te kiezen, voor ieder wat wils! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, geen minpunten!

Badkamer was slecht schoongemaakt. Bedden en kussens te zacht, we zakte er helemaal in weg. Heb er rug en nekklachten van overgehouden. Ontbijt was wel goed en service was redelijk.

Hotel súper bien, personal del hotel No.👎

El hotel esta bonito y bien ubicado la habitación perfecta y limpia, lo malo de este hotel es el personal, la chica de la recepción poco amable, te sientes hasta incomodo porque te da la impresión que le molesta atenderte y la mujer de la réception del restaurante para el desayuno súper desagradable y majadera, no te explica nada del desayuno, ni te asigna mesa ni nada y cuando fuimos a servirnos había cubiertos de un lado y del otro y se puso como loca cuando tome unos cubiertos y una servilleta de tela me grito delante de todo el mundo que esos no eran para el buffet, estaba completamente fuera de si, parecía loca gritando, le respondí que no estaba escrito en ningún lugar que no podía tomarlos y que nadie me había explicado que para nosotros eran servilletas de papel y no las de tela que estaban a un lado. Necesita relajarse esa pobre mujer.
