The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed for our stay.Our GPS was a bit short-sighted and told us we had arrived when we hadn't, but a quick call and we were given perfect directions for the last bit.We wish we had more time to check out the nearby hiking trails. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"I had a great time at Pikes Peak inn. Very central location, I could walk around town to all the stores, restaurants, and bars easily. Manitou springs is a very lovely town as well, so being in the heart of it was great. Easy access to the Pikes Peak Cog railway, red rock canyon, and garden of the gods. Everything was contactless, despite no direct contact with the host, it was a very pleasant stay and everything was made very easy through online communication."

"This house is great especially if you are there to do the Manitou Incline. The house is literally steps from the incline's entrance. "The house was incredibly spacious and exceptionally clean, which we loved. However, we felt a few updates are needed for a truly 5-star stay: some of the beds and pillows felt quite old and uncomfortable, the dishes were chipped, and the bedrooms lack dark shades to block out light from the street. The interior felt cluttered. However, the location could not have been better and four parking spaces was just right. Overall, it's a great property, but a few comfort upgrades would make it perfect."

"Great location, great patio, comfortable beds and sitting areas, well equipped kitchen, very helpful hosts. We wouldn’t recommend it for elders as the access from a dreadful parking area (there was some chance that in trying to leave that I might have hit something including my husband who was directing me) and the downward walkway including steps without a hand rail (difficult to manage with luggage) was slated as the only entrance. Might be good to let residents know that the luggage could be dropped in front of the house where there are only a few steps. Also, an alert for “crumblies” that the last step going out front and into the patio are very deep. Perfect for most folks with direct access to a lively children’s park, the old town and buses to the railway."

"The Guest House at Fountain Creek Inn was perfect for us! The cottage had plenty of room for us (2 senior couples). It was bright and sunny and so clean! Loved having the outdoor area and the accessibility to town. The house had everything we needed and more, and there were lots of thoughtful details. Houseplants always make a rental so homey! We would all highly recommend the Guest House!"
