"Not quite as it appears in the photos! Large space but a bit "dusty". Definitely a bit misleading. The host is VERY nice and friendly. Communication was great! The full English breakfast was a lot of food!! The village was cute and the local pub was awesome."

"Excellent hotel with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast! It is far out from central Cambridge, but there is a convenient local bus service that is nearby."
"Very spacious and clean rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The only downside is the location, if you're planning to visit the university area, it's not within walking distance. You'll need a car or taxi to get around."

"For £70 we wasn’t expecting much but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very friendly atmosphere met some lovely people the room was small but it did the job and breakfast was in with the £70 which you could not fault it was lovely and the landlord was friendly to, so yes a great place to stay "
"Very large property, lots of space in kitchen/diner and two living rooms, plus utility room. Family party of seven seniors, felt very at home here. Kitchen had just about everything, you just had to find where things were. Four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin bedded. Onsuite bathroom with the master bedroom. Fairly large secluded garden, with several outdoor seating areas. Quiet area, easy parking for 3 – 4 vehicles.

Only improvement would be a property booklet/folder containing appliance user guides, local restaurants and local area information.
