The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Sapporo and get around the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the hospitality truly stood out. Overall, the Grand Sapporo Hotel was an excellent choice for our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. "Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
