"The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a family of three, with all the amenities needed (fridge, microwave, plates, silverware). The location was very convenient to access all kinds of locations in the city. The bed was extremely comfortable! Very pleased."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Nice desk and ample space in the room. The door didn't close on it's own (Room 326) and the extra lock on top was broken. I got a text about on-line check in to avoid "lines at check-in". I did it, and it was a waste of time. I was in a parking lot of an area to go hiking, and the online check it took 10+ minutes and had so many steps to do. I even had to take a photo of my driver's license and upload it, input my credit card all over again (I prepaid), and answer questions about my rental car, give the dates of my stay all over again. Then when I got to the hotel, I still had to show my credit card and driver's license. Online check-in was just a big time suck, and didn't accomplish anything of merit."
