"Visited Ginger Thane and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing.
The property is just a small building and does not feel like what we expected from a well-known brand like Ginger. The rooms are very small and there is no view from the room. Valet parking is also not available.
Room amenities are extremely basic—only water, a tea/coffee maker, soap, and towels. Nothing more. The bed linen was also not clean, which was disappointing.
The staff was okay and reasonably cooperative, but...
