"Arrived at the room to find out it overlooked the pool. Nowhere on the booking did it say I was going to be staring at an indoor pool in a room reeking of chlorine and listening to kids screaming and splashing until 11pm just to be woken up again by them at 8am when the pool reopened. There were long hairs all over the hotel room including one in my bed, and I lost count of how many were in the shower. There was also an old wash cloth bunched up under my fitted sheet. I will never stay here again it felt so dirty and was SO loud. "

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom floor, shower and walls covered in hair and splashes of pop or coffee, extremely loud staff at 5:30am, clanging dishes and talking excessively loud in hallway. Other guests running up and down hallways and stomping around in rooms above, yelling in hallways and outside at all hours of night!"
