"Book for two nights, first the tv wasn’t working , the technician couldn’t fix it that’s fine. In the morning I woke up sweating all over my body the room became very hot, I called to front desk that the unit is not working and she is telling me we are still in march it is cold outside, which is very ridiculous. They didn’t offer to go another room or something instead they told to check out. Very rude and horrible place to stay out , very inconvenient…"

"We enjoyed the stay here. The room and property is well maintained. The staff is helpful. The bathrooms seem to be designed by Jetblue! However daily housekeeping made up for it. Ultimately the location is unbeatable with all major Manhattan tourist destination 10 mins away."
