"The years have not kind to the place. Or is it management has really let the place go down hill. The parking building was filthy. Bottle caps, paper, plastic wrappers and cigarette butts. Inside the carpets were spotted on all the hallways. Looks like ten years of chewing gum that was never cleaned. Wallpaper loose on the corners and edges. And the coffee tasted burnt or like the coffee machine is in need of a cleaning. Never found the RESORT I paid extra for. Don’t plan to go back there again."

"Phenomenal hotel. 1st and foremost, it is very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Amazing shower water pressure, which is so important. Ask for the Reese's peanut butter cookies. You will not regret it."

"Pool had no water, gym had no weights. Room was poorly cleaned. Black gunk on shower wall, carpet sticky and sticky stuff on chest with tv. Breakfast was very poor. Signs showed hard boiled eggs and fruit as options but hotel staff said they never have these things. Very low quality breakfast. Equivalent to a run down super 8. First time at this sub brand of choice hotels, if this is typical I will not return."

"Our stay was so very enjoyable. The authentic cabin was amazing but with modern conveniences. Our host Kevin was a delight and was very responsive. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Such a relaxing place and we will return next year! "
