"The elevators didn’t work, which was the least of our problems having to carry our stuff up 3 flights. The first room I was given a key to someone was already occupied in. The second room we were given literally had cockroaches in it. So we went back downstairs and requested to be switched. We got moved to one more room which the shower curtain had mold and when we were in our beds someone walked into our room because they were given a key. We left to go to the beach for the day and returned to our key not opening our door. Then they wanted proof that was our room with all our stuff in it. When we left to check out the lady in the front asked my husband about the “bad review I wrote” when I hadn’t even done one yet. An absolute nightmare through and through."

"Excellent breakfast. It was like a hot buffet. Great selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Clean quiet rooms. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite."

"Asked for a microwave on 2 days and told yes we will arrange that but never happened. I appreciate the hotel is dog friendly but i do not think dogs should be allowed to walk around the breakfast area. This happened on my last morning. We are in the season for bugs so the pool and hot tub should be cleaned daily. A gentlemen was scooping them out of the hot tub! Noise wise, midweek is quiet, but on friday night the noise from the traffic on the main road was loud."
