"The beach was amazing. Our view from the balcony during the sunset was spectacular. The room was huge and a full size refrigerator was perfect. The humidity and smell of the room needs improvement. Probably replacing the carpet to a healthier option will avoid the moldy smell."

"Rooms felt bit outdated with some worn out in furniture. The bathroom was very small. In my 3 nights stay, the room service came only once and that too on the last day, 1 hour before my checkout."

"The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The restaurant and bar on site was definitely way more than I expected. The food was great and the drinks were perfect. The room was clean and I definitely will be staying again if I’m ever in Washington."
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

"Great property. This was our second trip staying at this resort and it’s amazing. The early access is wonderful and the food court and pool are fantastic too! It’s about a mile walk from the front of the property to walk into the parks and it’s a great walking path. Would highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location! Some of the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel; the beds were comfy with plenty of nice pillows, and the curtains really worked to black out the room completely. Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city. Being able to go to Starbucks in my pjs was a plus. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside for me was that I didn’t sign up to be a member for this hotel chain, so WiFi would have been $15. Parking is super expensive too, but we parked a couple blocks away for about a third of the price."

"Absolutely Amazing Stay! Our stay at Hyatt House Destin was amazing from beginning to end! Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and gave us exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the things I especially loved was the location. Being conveniently close to James Lee Beach Access made it so easy to enjoy the beach without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Hyatt House Destin again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin! 🏖️🌊🕶️"
