"This is the perfect stay when visiting the diamond beach and glacier lagoon. There is an amazing langostine restaurant just 30 minutes up the road making this a convenient and affordable accommodation. The cabin was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a fully stocked kitchenette. "

"We stayed one night in one of the new deluxe cabins. It has a mountain view in the back and ocean view in the front, although our cabin’s view was partially obstructed by a building and cars parked. It was still nice and peaceful.
The cabin itself is nice. It has a small kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and some dishes. We particularly enjoyed the heated bathroom floor.
The location is great for exploring the Glacier lagoon and Diamond beach. "
"The Old Cottage was a small drive from reception. This proved to be worthwhile since it was beautifully located in front of waterfalls and among trees. It was truly wonderful to be in an accomodaiton that allowed you to enjoy the natural beauty of Iceland. The accomodation was also very spacious and clean. My party was extremely happy to have seperate spaces in the property. We wish we were able to stay longer. The staff was very helpful in communicating with me and I appreciated the fact that they had breakfast/dinner available."
