"Rooms where so dirty complained to staff but I got the runaround I usually stay at Plano location so we decided to try Allen never again. I had pictures of how dirty sofas and bathrooms were. "

"We liked the layout of the room, and it was very clean. The AC unit was quiet. The only thing that we didn't like was the EV charger. It charged us the rate that was more than double of the super charger."

"The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The pool is closed until May due to city regulations so keep that in mind. It's only open from May until September which seems insanely short for Texas. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good though average for a continental breakfast."
