"This was the second time we stayed here. Everything and everyone was top notch. There was a lot people this last time. But you would not have known. So peaceful."

"The room was clean, but the sink didn't drain. Bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. An hour prior to checkout a staff member opened the door, did not knock, and said hello and the left. I went to look who came by and I could see the lady walking down the hall. I wasn't about to shout down the hall to see what she needed. They also tack on an automatic charge of $16 per day at checkout. I've stayed here before and after the renovations. The cleanliness has not changed, but the character is gone. Honestly, it just felt like a standard chain hotel. I like to stay there because of the security, but after a staff member opened my door without knocking, I'll try a different hotel next time. I did notify them at checkout and about the sink, the response was dismissive."

"Complete failure by the front desk staff. Booked a room at 9:00 pm for late arrival. Arrived at the hotel and they were overbooked and there was no room available after I paid (non-refundable) through Expedia. Staff said there was nothing she could do. Absolutely refused to do anything for us. I called Expedia, who needed to confirm with the hotel before trying to cancel and book another room - front desk refused to answer the phone to speak with them for over an hour. At the same time, police were in and out arresting 2 people due to guns being displayed in their room. It was a crazy awful experience."

"I had to cancel reservation at the time of check-in because their pool and hot tub were closed- for 3 weeks! I had to find another accommodation same day. Would’ve been nice to get a call ahead of check-in to inform me of the facilities being closed. "

"Staff was great, room was nice and clean, price was good for the quality, and the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. Only drawback was that the walls were kind of thin and it was pretty easy to hear the room next to us. "
