"This is our second stay at the property. Very convenient to Oakland University. Large rooms with kitchen and supplies. Nice bathroom. Quiet all around. Great front desk staff. Multiple EV chargers (attraction for me). Will stay again!"

"Overall for the price, definitely worth it and I'd stay again. But we did have a few small issues. We stayed 2 nights and night one, we noticed the TV connection was terrible. We called the front desk and the Manager said it started that 2 days prior and he'd try resetting the Direct TV receiver. This didn't fix it but we were exhausted and just went to bed. Over the course of the stay, the connection never changed. When I booked the room, I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sleeper couch and a roll away bed. Our room only has 2 queen beds. Again, fairly minor and overall I was pleased. "

"This place is ideal if you're traveling with multiple kids. There's lots of toys to play with and tons of space. We will be back next time we're in town. "

"The room was clean, but the sink didn't drain. Bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. An hour prior to checkout a staff member opened the door, did not knock, and said hello and the left. I went to look who came by and I could see the lady walking down the hall. I wasn't about to shout down the hall to see what she needed. They also tack on an automatic charge of $16 per day at checkout. I've stayed here before and after the renovations. The cleanliness has not changed, but the character is gone. Honestly, it just felt like a standard chain hotel. I like to stay there because of the security, but after a staff member opened my door without knocking, I'll try a different hotel next time. I did notify them at checkout and about the sink, the response was dismissive."
