"The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel."

"Close to attractions and restaurants, tucked away in quiet location. Breakfast buffet was really good. You can even make your own mimosa. Everything in room was updated including large bathroom. Hotel staff were really friendly and responsive."

"I loved this hotel. Close enough to head to center Vienna, nice room, really pleasant staff, good breakfast, very nice bar tender (when i was there), i enjoyed my stay very much, would happlily stay again."

"We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day.
The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services.
I would definately stay there again. "

"Very nice hotel in a fantastic central location. 5 minutes from Stephensplatz, shops and lots of restaurants and cafe/bars.
Our corner room on first floor was clean with very good bathroom facilities. Also free minibar!
We were room only as prefer small breakfasts so we cannot comment on the hotel breakfast - but lots of small cafes nearby (recommend Delia's behind the hotel)."
