This is where I will stay whenever I go to Vienna. The hotel is beautiful, it's the perfect mix of old and new. The staff so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, almost everything is walking distance. I couldn't love this hotel any more than I do!

Absolutely exceptional property, the service was nearly impeccable. We got a suite and had a very nice time in it. My wife got a massage at the spa she seemed to enjoy and we ate at the marvellous Rote Bar. My only complaint is that I wanted some facial cleanser as I felt grimy after travelling, called down to reception for it, and they told me I had to buy it at the spa, despite their online book saying it they had free cosmetics if you forgot something. This is an extremely minor complaint though, and I made do with bar soap just fine.

It has a charm of its own. Staff are very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We wanted to go to the Opera and be able to walk around the center. Great location. Dinner at the hotel was great.

Superb service

Very Good service. Old school in a way that begins to be rare even in 5 star hotels. A very recommendable hotel with a lot of charm and history and nice updates, like great beds, bathrooms etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Sacher. We had our 14 month old with us and without having requested anything (just noting that we had a baby on the reservation) they went above and beyond to accommodate. Our flight was hours late and we checked in after 10pm to find a crib, diaper pale, age appropriate toys for the baby, baby friendly bath supplies and the best changing matt we've seen thus far. We're already planning our return to Vienna next year and will 100% be staying at the Sacher again. Phenomenal service and a lovely Viennese hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sacher for four nights in August. The hotel is run smoothly and has soul. The staff especially the concierges were incredibly helpful and caring. Old school service in a gorgeous and elegant boutique hotel. I spilled red wine all over my daughters white linen pants and they delivered them back to our room perfectly cleaned and pressed . We will definitely be back to visit this wonderful hotel again.

As we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at our car by efficient and friendly bellmen. As they parked our vehicle and gathered our bags, we checked in to the hotel with Alexandra. She made the process easy and walked us through the common areas / restaurant/ bar before finally escorting us to our suite. Our suite was beautifully decorated and full of cushy amenities- robes, slippers, an espresso machine, fruit, and most importantly a Sacher torte! We especially enjoyed the Blue Bar. It served creative drinks and great food. We've stayed at many fine hotels but this hotel is the definition of service and elegance.

What an amazing stay. This was my families first 5-star experience and the level of quality, care, service may have ruined us to ever stay in another hotel again. They were so kind, even sending us a bottle of champagne and welcoming us with like Sacher cakes, lots of water (which they replenished everyday), a fruit plate, and a kind, hand-written note from the hotel Leiter. They even sent us a free night when my child turns 18. 6 years to go but would love to come back even before then. They even gave us premier seats, jumping the long lines of people waiting to get in. We felt like royalty thanks to Sacher, the concierge, the doormen, and the kind service ladies that made up our rooms. Wow! Thank you, ,Sacher!
