"We stayed at this rental 3 nights. It's the perfect size for a couple of small family. The bedrooms are small, but you don't come to a place like this to spend time in the bedrooms much, so it worked out for us. The bed was comfortable and so were the couches in the living area. Plenty of towels. We had family over for a grill out one day and the propane grill on the property was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The little lake butte des mortes loop trail is literally right next to the rental and we walked it & enjoyed watching the pelicans and other water fowl. Ray was good with communication. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would probably be back on a future visit. "

"The apartment is the perfect place to stay for any events around the area. Spacious and clean, the apartment allowed us each to have our own rooms. With recliners in the living room comfortable enough to act as additional beds too lol. Mel was a wonderful host, being accommodating with the stay and as friendly as could be as a bartender. I can't recommend the stay above Wilzke's enough. We'll most certainly be returning to stay for a future EAA Airventure!"
