I absolutely LOVE this place. Property is gorgeous, rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walks around and the staff were very helpful. I will be back without question as this is a great peaceful place I wish to return to and soon. Breakfast spread was good as well! We were in a bind for the last night of our stay; the staff went above and beyond to help us, very lovely people, and we wish them all the best.

Room service

Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was incredible, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. We've stayed here twice and will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

The comfort and convenience

Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks.

The staff was excellent and very helpful at check in and check out.

Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was worth the expense. You do have to pay for parking, but that's begining to be standard at most airport hotels.
