"We had a lovely stay! The reception staff were absolutely the best—very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and Adventure Island, and close to everything you need. We could easily walk to the nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Our room was peaceful and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great location, lovely staff and a peaceful room. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️"

"a bit more care and attention was needed on the balcony ,it was lovely to sit out there and look out to sea but it was a bit dirty between the bedroom and balcony door opening, also a few cobwebs about the staff were lovely , made us feel really welcome even sending out a message on the day we arrived , nothing seemed to much trouble. some nice little touches like being able to help yourself to drinks in the fridge trusting us to pay when we leave , a water station with bottles to use fill it up tea/coffee milk in room which was re filled on our second day free paring outside or very near which was lovely we enjoyed our stay and would recommend a would stay again"

"We loved this apartment! Myself and two friends stayed there for two nights.The apartment is decorated and furnished with love. Everything you could need is in the apartment and it was well stocked and very clean. The view is absolutely stunning and we loved being on the balcony or just enjoying it from the sofa. We could have stayed in and happily sat on the balcony for the entire weekend. The apartment has aircon but there was a lovely through breeze if you opened windows so we didn't need it despite hot weather.Restaurants and cafes' nearby and about a mile to the Pier. The apartment area is much quieter than Southend itself which was perfect for us. Parking bay at the back but entrance at the front so best to park out the front, take everything up to apartment, then take car round the back. Fair amount of steps up to the apartment but no issues with that if you are able to cope physically with stairs.Would recommend this apartment and would book again if going back to that area."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön und typisch British, wie wir es ubs vorgestellt haben.Uns sind nur zwei Punkte eher negativ aufgefallen. Die meisten Wasserhahnen und alle Duschbrausen sind stark verkalkt. Gerade beim Duschen ist das etwas lästig. Die Küche war sauber auf den ersten Blick, sobald man den Ofen oder Schubladen öffnete, war das etwas anders, aber nicht schlimm.Unter dem Strich Kleinigkeiten"
