"Great service from Florence at the front desk and the entire bell staff - super hard working team. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The property is not a full blown resort so if you’ve stayed at something like the RC at Kapalua, you might be disappointed. Things are smaller here - spa is not amazing, the store is miniature and the gym is not big. But we went for the beach, the island and the overall experience of the island and had a great time. Everything is beautiful and clean. Rooms are lovely and well appointed. Restaurants on site were great and again, service was just super everywhere we went. Super friendly and solicitous yet relaxed at the same time. "

"The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious! The property welcomes you with an alcoholic drink and a cold towel! Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and such a large variety of hot food! Very thoughtful touches are included throughout the entire property such as free reusable water bottles, water filling stations, free sunscreen, ice, and beach towels. They give out fresh fruit and set up beach chairs with towels as you’re lounging out on the prettiest beach ever! The rooms account for everything you could possibly need from toiletries to laundry supplies to a fully stocked kitchen. There are personal ice makers in each room. The housekeeping is very thorough and greet you by name. This resort is a bit dated as far as the architecture but the stellar customer service and amenities far exceeded my expectations! "

"I took 8 best friends with me for one week and had the most amazing experience. The house was unbelievable. We had the whole beach to ourselves for a week. We ordered jet skis for one day and the staff helped organize so they were brought right to our beach. I cannot thank the staff enough for being available for us S well as organizing excursions. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was breathtaking, well kept, and everything one could want for a spectacular 50th birthday. I will be coming back with my family again. The location is one of a kind, but the house makes it all worth it. I still can’t believe the experience we had for that one week. Thank you Dave and team for making my 50th memorable and absolutely amazing . "
