"This house was perfect for our Wedding party. We had all the room we needed for our large group. Having the 4 bathrooms in the main house was so helpful with getting us all out the door on time for the many events we had to attend. The homeowners were super helpful and so kind. This is a great house in an equally great location on the North Shore."

"Simple accommodation which is beautifully set in a lush tropical garden, which gives the whole place a very peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Hosts are extremely helpful, friendly, and always very responsive. A lovely bonus was being able to enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees in the garden. We also absolutely loved the gorgeous dog, who added even more charm to our stay. The location on the North Shore is excellent and a great base for exploring the area. If you are looking for a relaxed stay surrounded by tropical nature, Pua Pono House is a wonderful choice."

"Location was good, quiet, close to an awesome restaurant (Ted’) and Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach swimming be careful of the sharp lava rock ledge in high tide that becomes slippery tide pools at low tide. It’s a bit of a drive (10-20min) to other destinations. Appreciated the parking spot. Property was a bit weathered (fence sticks a lot), but furniture was intact and everything was clean. Amenities were nice - A/C, coffee maker, full kitchen and much appreciated ice!"

"Our host was fantastic and very friendly! The apartment was very clean and had everything from beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear to traditional toiletries. The location is close to the beach and the local supermarket."

"My little family absolutely loved our stay here. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with lots of artistic touches here and there. The beds were really comfortable, towels were super soft, and the bathtub is humongous! We enjoyed the easy beach access and spent lots of time at alligator rock, where my 9 year old saw his first sea turtles and tropical fish. Jaqueline is a fantastic host who really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay."
