"I cannot get over how amazing the views were from this house! A magical place, truly. On the breezy side, which is welcome as it cooled everything down with the windows open. If you have curly hair, bring a lot of anti-frizz product because there is going to be humidity this close to the ocean. The beaches nearby were straight out of a postcard. Waimea Bay is HUGE. The beach sand is deep and can get hot in the sun. Bring good shoes. I am just awed by how amazing it all was! This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and we were thrilled it was better than expected."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house couldn't have been more perfect if I designed it myself. The location is amazing and very close to a multitude of activities on the North Shore. There is some road work going on on Kamehameha, but I was so happy to be in Hawaii I didn't even mind the traffic. We had 8 ppl and there was plenty of space, we never felt crowded. The outdoor shower is AMAZING and the views from the back porch were perfect. We ate breakfast and watched the surfers out there every morning. We were able to use private stairs to get to the beach and could be from the porch to the water in less than a minute. The game room with the laundry area was a really nice touch as well. The decor and furniture were also great, everywhere you looked there was a unique touch to admire! If I find myself on the North Shore again I hope I get to stay at the same place!"

"If you surf or want to walk out and have your toes in the sand and water within feet of the gate, this is the place to book. Locals who live in the area are friendly too. I felt relaxed and comfortable at the house. Thank you, Surfers Paradise! "

"Adams place was just steps away from Rockies surf break! Location was amazing, and the apartment was perfect for our family, super clean, private, and everything we needed for our two week stay. Adam is an amazing host and very responsive for anything you might need during your stay! We will definitely be back! "

"Best Part: It was VERY clean--which is so important.Worst: Everything is very dated. Uncomfortable futon sofa that does NOT look like the picture. You can feel the springs and it has a very old fabric cover. Bathroom needs major remodeling. Downstairs bed is sagging and not so comfortable with the thinnest pillows. Budget bedding. Beach chairs dirty. Not worth what you pay. Also, you back up to Kam Highway--so loud. The only lock on the place is a gate outside your deck :((. Just can't give this one a good review."

"Pictures don’t do this property justice! We loved the open space. King bed was very comfortable. I love that Jaqueline provides an abundance of bath towels and toilet paper! Random, I know but I travel a lot and have stayed in rentals that leave the bare minimum and was forced to make a run to the store. With Jaqueline, we wanted for nothing!Just as all the other reviews, Jaq is an amazing host and truly cares about her quests and making the trip special. "

"Everything was fantastic! Despite getting in at a very late hour, they left lights on and had it so we could easily get into the place. It’s a beautiful place nestled in the mountains yet a mere couple minutes to the beach. We enjoyed it all!!"
