"The apartment is in a great location with supermarkets, restaurant all around the hotel. The marina is just across the road where you will find lots to do and the beach is about a 15 min walk away. The apartment was lovely but there are a few points that others should consider: The utensils in the apartment are great apart from there was only 1 pan and it’s the size of a bucket! This limited the option of cooking in the apartment. There were no baking trays either for the oven so we had to get inventive with foil. We booked for 5 people (2A, 3 teens) to stay but there were only beds for 4 and we were told we would have to pay for an extra bed or share! This let the place down for us, why was the cost of the extra bed not included given it was book for 5? Apart from the above the hotel was lovely and I would recommend to others. "

"Really great place to relax and recharge. Fabulous staff from arrival to departure through breakfast lunch dinner and more. Beautiful manicured gardens beach and 3 different well sized pools. Have stayed in a lot of places in Dubai but will always try to return here. Feels like you could be anywhere rather than on the edge of a cityscape. Also easier to get around - not so affected by BlaBla traffic at other end of the walk. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Excellent shower. Only faults were lack of full length mirror and lack of sockets, however did not detract from overall comfort. Slightly disappointed in pool area both due to size - rather small for size of hotel and number of guests and it only catches sun from around 1pm. Beach is only across the road so easy to spend time there. Hotel will supply towels, mats, umbrellas and water. Overall a good stay "

"The pool was closed for 3.5 of the 6.5 days we were there. This made our holiday much less enjoyable! Is there a system whereby we are refunded any money because of this? On the whole the staff were very good but getting breakfast from the app proved difficult and although the beds were clean the room really needed an update, the bathroom being particularly grubby. "
