"Good place to stay love it"

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked in the middle of the night, with no other customers, I've no idea why this took so long, they also then forget to take copies of our passport so had to arrange to go and do this later in our stay. The food at breakfast was delicious, small continental buffet selection and then you order from the menu for hot items, unfortunately service was very slow to be seated and then we had to ask several times for our drinks and food items, which on the first morning for example took over 20 minutes for tea/coffee. Just felt very disorganised which was a shame. Overall, lovely hotel, but room for improvement."

"Our stay at Hyatt was great. Staffs were very helpful. I traveled with my family and a kid. Hema from the staff members was very kind towards my kid and parents. My family loved their stay at this hotel and we will visit again during our next tour."
