"Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. "We have been staying at Saixiang Hotel since 2015. We love the staff at Saixiang. They make us feel welcome and comfortable, and over the years many become like friends. Our special thanks to Sun Jing, Liu Qing, Zhang Sheng, and the hotel driver Mr. Li; Zhang Lei and the staff at breakfast buffet; and the concierge Wang Hanfeng and others. They are very nice and professional, and we think they are the best staff ever. We do hope the Executive Lounge will open the next time we visit~"
