We booked a studio suite for 3 people. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable with fridge, microwave and cooker. Suitable for a wheelchair user. We were only staying one night so didn’t get the full use of the room. However for a longer stay it would have been very useful.

Great experience all around.

Great stay. The unit exceeded our expectations and the owner/manager is a lovely man. He accommodated our request for a late checkout and was helpful in a number of other ways. I highly recommend Alpha Hotel if ever staying in Tienen.

Lovely hotel

What a fantastic hotel!!! We booked last minute due to a change of plans so weren’t sure what to expect. We stayed in the executive apartment and it was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. More than enough space for a family of 4 and so clean and fresh. We had tea in the restaurant and the service was fab and the food very good. Would highly recommend.

The hotel apartment was very nice but a little grungy. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Has a little kitchenette that was nice but when we tried to use the toaster a circuit tripped and then caused the entire apartment to lose power. The hotel staff was very helpful getting the power restored but it took a while. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Stayed here for my return from working elsewhere in Belgium as it was handy for the airport, after returning the hire car and I could use the shuttle bus. Cleaner knocked the door at 7:30 and again at 9:00 check out wasn’t till 12:00 so the lie in I was hoping for didn’t happen. Other than that standard hotel.

Sind mit einem Hund angereist, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sind sehr gut aufgenommen worden. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Haben inkl. Frühstück gebucht, super Auswahl und wir konnten sogar unseren Hund mit in den Frühstücksraum nehmen (war das erste Hotel wo es erlaubt war)

Ich war für eine Nacht dort und kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin mit dem Rennrad angereist und wurde super freundlich empfangen (auch wurde sich gut um mein Rennrad gekümmert). Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Es wurde auf alle Details geachtet. Preis/Leistung top. Gerne wieder

Leuk hotel met een familiaal karakter. Kraaknette kamers, snelle WiFi en een ontbijt die een echte aanrader is, aangevuld met zelf gemaakte gerechtjes. Kortom een ontbijt waar er een ziel inzit. Één van de weinige hotels die nog die extra service geven

Bij aankomst in dorpje leek het niet veel soeps en verwachtte er niet veel van. Maar eenmaal in het hotel werden we zeer vriendelijk geholpen en uiterst behulpzaam. Het personeel van aan het hotel gelegen bistro was net zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het eten was prima. Hotelontbijt was vers bereidt wat je soms bij een 4 sterren hotel zelfs niet krijgt. Hier was de keuze reuze. Ondanks lage verwachting was het uiteindelijk meer dan prima. Aan te raden als je rust wilt hebben en toch in midden van het centrum van het dorpje.
