"Good location just a short walk from an U-bahn station and around a 15 minute walk from the zoo.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room with a sofa bed, which my son found to be too firm and not comfortable to sleep on. Lacking in wardrobe/drawer space. The room was very hot when we arrived but the air conditioning worked well to cool the room. Good shower. The room was quiet despite the hotel being located on a busy road.
The breakfast buffet was good with the usual offerings you would expect to find - bacon, sausages, eggs, croissants, breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals.
Bar prices were reasonable. The bar area was quiet and relaxing in the evenings."
