"Room - Average cleaning. Staff- Single staff so unable to provide help to all the guest. Amenities- worst, Geyser is available in only selected rooms. Water facilities was not working for 5 hours due to technical issue during our stay. If maintained well this stay could have been good as the property is okay but their is almost zero maintenance. Atleast the router and electricity was there which is why I gave 2 star."

"Worst hotel. I didn't stay at the hotel due to lack of basic amenities. There was no electricity, no water, room was dirty as well. Only mistake I made was I forget to take pictures. I didn't stay at the hotel due to these issues and still they denied to refund me the money. Even I talked to Customer service of Expedia and they acted like they can't do anything about it.
