"Appartamento Armonia" is located in Tignale on the panoramic road towards the Aer, about 7 km from Lake Garda.

The apartment was renovated in 2015 and offers a stylish ambience with a very tasteful decor and has all the comforts. The cozy ambience helps to make you feel welcome in your home on time. The apartment has a large terrace great views over Lake Garda, the beautiful landscape and the Monte Baldo massif, where you can have breakfast in the morning and in the evening with a glass of wine to end the day. The apartment has 2 parking spaces.

Restaurants, pizzeria, bars, shops and much more are in the immediate vicinity (about 800 m) and are within easy walking distance. 2 km away is the public swimming pool and the visitor center. In just a few minutes or by shuttle bus (free for our guests) you can reach the beach of Tignale "Pra de la fam".

Bathroom: washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine. Two bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 cm, one bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200cm. Pets: Welcome! We ask the guests on the common areas to take into account the needs of other guests.

Sport and Fitness: Outdoor swimming pool at approx. 300 mt, tennis at approx. 5 km distance, mountain bike (possibility to rent at Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing in the "port of Tignale", golf approx. 15 km at the golf course in Bogliaco.

Tourist tax: From 01. 11. 14 the tax is according to the currently valid local statute € 1.50 per person and day (all guests under 14 years are exempt). The tourist tax serves to partially protect and develop our landscape
Booking formalities:

Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the keys as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock

The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 o'clock!

On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.

Cancellation:

 according to European standards and if there are no further agreements, the following payments will be due for a cancellation:

- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price

- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price

- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price

- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
