Excellent experience at Hotel Árbol. The hotel is very well located, and the area feels very safe, which gives great peace of mind. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bathrooms are also in excellent condition. They also have sushi restaurants on site that are delicious. The staff is very friendly and provides great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I loved staying here. Vute building with couryards and even a sushi restaurant. Love the neighborhood. Great coffee shop 1min walk Native coffee. Comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but all you need. My only complaint was that the room smelled moldy. I would love to stay there again. Hopefully they fix that problem

Super clean & all the staff were friendly.Front girl called an Uber for us. Downfall was that we stayed in the 3rd floor -no elevators, only stairs which was fine with me, but not to well for my friend & the room was cold. No heater& blankets were thick, but not warm.

My small family and I had a very pleasant stay at Arbol Suites. The staff was very gracious and accommodating to our needs while we stay there. Junior was an excellent person and Rosa was also very attentative. We would more likely stay there again.

Everything was good, I stayed on the third floor and it made it a little difficult do to an ankle injury, but the hotel stuff helped me to get my luggage from my vehicle to the room. I have nothing but good things to said.
