Playas de Tijuana is a very calm and safe area with a family atmosphere, there is also a good amount of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, cinema and a Walmart nearby. You can walk almost everywhere within the neighborhood. The appartment has 24/7 security and a very strict controlled access.

You can walk or bike almost anywhere, there are also many streets to connect you to Rosarito or downtown Tijuana. Public transport is available.

We loved this condo, the amenities of the building, and the Playas community. The oceanside hot tub and swimming pool cannot be beat. Stairs to the beach sand are present immediately alongside the property. Not mentioned in the listing, but the unit itself has a fine, partial ocean view, while the common area along the back of the property has a 180 degree unobstructed view. The condo has a balcony too. Just opening the door to the balcony for the sound and smell of the ocean was a pleasure. The gym was spacious, well-equipped, and never crowded. I chose this property for the gym and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommended and we will visit again.

Check in was odd but easy, had to give IDs to security guard to hold the whole trip. Kitchen facilities worked, had to ask help with the oven and Andres was very helpful. WiFi was great. The condo was a walk from multiple gas stations and so close to the Monday farmers market.
