We had a room on the 14th floor of the Tower and it gave a beautiful view of the beach albeit the broken pier was distracting. The Azteca Restaurant was excellent and we utilized the spa within the hotel complex. The hotel and security were polite and helpful.

Hotel is in a great location and beach just steps away (Including great views) I’m pretty much that’s what you’re paying for. The place has not been updated for years. I had to ask for a fan for better air circulation in our room which it worked. We Enjoyed the happy hour at the bar 2x1 cocktail drinks.. staff were pretty attentive. The pools are meh. I would stay here again just for the location.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I felt very safe during my stay, which was really important to me. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I will gladly come back again!

The whole place is very outdated it really needs some major renovations because is a beautiful property with unbeatable location, so much history and potential, the rooms need to have more amenities like microwave, mini fridge, an iron. The place is clean but because everything it’s old it looks dirty. The food in the restaurant it’s very bland, just like a Mexican restaurant in USA, it need the Mexican food flavor.

Overall, I had an okay stay at Rosarito Beach Hotel. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops, which made it easy to explore the area without driving. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I had very little interaction with the staff during my stay, but everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, and the pools were well maintained and in good condition. The ocean views were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which I appreciated after a long day. The biggest downside was the room. It is in need of a major update. The bathroom had a very strong odor coming from the sink that was difficult to ignore, and the shower towels smelled like mildew (unusable). While the size of the room was good, the closet could use shelves or additional storage to make unpacking easier. I did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food. Overall, it was a decent stay because of the location, cleanliness, and views, but the rooms could benefit from significant renovations and better attention to odors and linens.

The initial check in experience was good. the receptionist was kind and funny. The room was good, the shower pressure was good in our room despite hearing from friends that their room bathroom shower pressure was not good. The bar experience was not good. The older bartender was evasive and I tried to get his attention and it was like he ignored us. One of my suggestions would be to get rid of the "clothes iron room" and have irons and ironing boards available in the rooms. Lastly, upgrade to bigger flat screen TVs as the 20" tv is too small. :-)
