Terrific accomodation! Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Large apartment with beautiful bay view and balcony. Free on-site parking. Laundry room for guests. Excellent restaurants located next to Panorama Motor Lodge property. Bonus:"Bay Hill" park across the street provides huge area for safe jogging and recreation/relaxation. We were especially thrilled to see several Blue Penguins march onto shore during nesting season. Highly recommend this property!

Thanks for a good stay

Good stay for an overnight trip in Timaru. Bed was beautifully firm and towels were nice and fluffy. Good that we had a kitchen space to meal prep for further travel days. Location was perfect for Caroline bay , a little road noise but it didn’t worry us.

Great location but very noisy traffic overnight. Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Would also benefit from compendium in the room with info on local area, instructions re heater operation etc.

Right on the bay. Beautiful room on 4th floor. Needed to carry bags up flight of stairs. Very nice inside. Could not figure out how to work TV. No instructions. The carnival was going on at the time so was very festive, but quiet a night. Enjoyed our stay here.
