"The breakfast was AWESOME!!! There was a great selection of foods to eat for breakfast, drinks and fruit!! Kathy who was one of the staff members for the breakfast area was extremely nice and accommodating. There was an incident, where my younger granddaughter accidentally dropped her bowl.of cereal and Kathy, cleaned it up right away WITHOUT making it an issue or having an expression of disgust. Kathy was is a true professional and very hard worker. Holiday Inn Express should be happy to have her and should definitely give her some sort of employee appreciation reward and or pay raise. The entire staff was accommodating. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were put out as needed. Parking was great plenty of areas to park and I felt safe. I was traveling by myself with 4 grandchildren. Parking lot was well lit and cameras everywhere. The hotel's overall appearance was very nice, clean and was not dated. Everything looked new and very well maintained. The landscaping was also very pretty. I would suggest that the maps/location gets reevaluated. To the property. I had to call the hotel to get assistance on navigating me to the hotel. The GPS,was not accurate. "

"Holly at check in was great!!! We travel through here every year for the flea across Florida yard sale and stayed here last year. She was also great then and remembered us. From there it went downhill. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to even rinse the soap out of my hair, air conditioner was set on 63 and still hot, we went down for breakfast and sat our coffee on a table and it was so wobbly the coffee spilled all over. There was no staff manning the breakfast bar and no staff offered to help give things to clean it up much less help. The tables had not been wiped off and there was syrup spilled on one of the benches. Probably will not stay here again next year. "
