Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Ein Kaffeeautomat mehr wäre gut gewesen, man stand lange an. Leider war die eine Bahn der Kegelbahn kaputt rund der Tennisplatz war sehr verwahrlost (Rattenfallen und sehr sehr kalt). Ansonsten war es überall sauber.

Das ganze Hotel war unterirdisch kalt. Das gesamte EG inkl. Bar und Restaurant war unbenutzbar. Menschen saßen in Mänteln im Lokal oder gingen wie wir, trotz Reservierung wieder und aßen in der Stadt. Personal in der Bar komplett unzumutbar. Erst kam niemand, dann holten wir uns eine Karte selber, vom Fachmännischen Wissen, wie man eine Flasche Wein serviert, möchte ich nicht reden. Preise wie im Freudenhaus in Top! Das Zimmer und der Poolbereich waren hingegen schön. Das Hotel will mehr sein, als es ist und leider merkt man das sehr arg. Im Winter eine öffentlichen Bereich bei Eis und Schnee mit knapp 10 Grad anzubieten, ist frech.

Der Frühstücksbereich hatte nicht die Kapazität für die Anzahl der Gäste, weswegen man in andere Bereiche ausweichen musste, an denen ein gutes Sitzen und essen leider nicht möglich war. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber als wir um Zimmerreinigung gebeten hatten, wurde nur einmal durchgesaugt

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Heizung war bei einer Außentemperatur von -5 Grad ausgefallen - im ganzen Hotel außer im Badezimmer. Erst auf Nachfragen wurden Wolldecken beim Abendessen verteilt. Das Essen an der Bar war ungenießbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Allt fanns på hotellet. Perfekt för barnfamiljer för små upp till tonårsbarn. Med tillgång till tennishall, pool ute och inne med bastuavdelning och fotbad, bowlinghall i källare, gamingrum och två restauranger på hotellet som serverade utmärkt mat samt frukosten som var fantastisk där precis allt fanns, till och med en personal som stod och stekte din omelett om du ville. Allt var fint städat och hotellet kändes väldigt lyxigt. Samt väldigt nära sandstranden och nära lübeck där vi var på den mysiga julmarknaden.

Själva hotellet är fräscht, rent och ligger bra. Fin pool med bra badutrymmen. Frukosten är mycket bra och så är även servicen. Bra gångavstånd ner till shopping och stranden (även om vi inte nyttjade den då vi var där över jul). Bar och bi-ytor med spelrum för barn osv är också väldigt bra. Barmenyn va bra, till och med väldigt bra när vi var där. Tapasrestaurangen hade också väldigt bra mat, men servicen va lite proffsig från en i personalen. Om man bara har en meny på spanska och tyska får man leva med en del konstiga frågor från middagsgäster som inte behärskar något av språken. En idé kan ju vara att göra en ny meny där allt även finns på engelska, så blir det enklare för alla. Känns trist att som gäst behöva sitta med ChatGPT för att förstå menyn eller att kyparen verkar tycka att vi var jobbiga. En kypare som för övrigt inte heller kunde spanska (som vi kan lite grann utan att för del del kunna tolka en hel mat och dryckesmeny). :-D

Hyggeligt og rent. Vi boede der i december og der var pyntet flot op! Mange gode faciliteter. Hotellet er af ældre dato, men gennemført “face-liftet” Personalet kunne godt være mere smilende og mere åbne (de virkede mere engagerede overfor deres egne medborgere). Hotellet ligger dejligt og med fin afstand til Lübeck, Kiel, Neumønster og Hamburg! Parkeringspladserne var dog noget små.

Det var en standard tysk morgenmad. God kaffe. Ikke den bedste kvalitet. Restauranten var i rigtig dårlig stand. Stolene var vildt beskidte. Værelset var pænt rent, men man kan godt se at det er godt brugt. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme.
