"El hotel es simple, tiene un desayuno bien pobre, está en la terminal 1, hay que ir en carro porque casi todos los vuelos son de la terminal 2, así que es como salir del aeropuerto, no se puede ir caminando de una terminal a la otra , es lejos. Hay que llamar al teléfono del hotel para que manden el transfer q recogerte, si no tienes numero de Brasil es difícil llamar, no hay opción de WhatsApp o reservar antes. Muchas habitaciones no tienen ventanas."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Held on to our bags prior to check in so we could tour Rio. The same thing on checkout. Dining staff was friendly and helpful. If speaking English to staff other than front desk, it is helpful to have a translator app. Everyone was friendly. Ubers reasonable to tourist spots."

"The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place."
