The breakfast was great, and we loved the location. We had a late-night arrival, so it was incredibly convenient to be so close to the airport. After a long day of traveling, it was wonderful to get to the hotel quickly and go straight to bed.

Hotel was a short walk from the Terminal 2 and a shuttle service was also available. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. There was a fitness room in the hotel with a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a weight machine. Wi-Fi was easy to connect and reliable. It would have been nice if the room had windows but they weren’t missed since we were just staying one night. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was tasty with good portion size. The morning buffet breakfast had a good selection of food.

The breakfast was excellent, air conditioning worked very well, I'm just not so sure about the excellency of cleanliness in the room. However the conditions were good enough that I want to stay one more day! That was awesome!

The receptionist was friendly, and both shuttle drivers were really nice. We arrived in Rio at midnight, so staying there was great, easy to get the free shuttle to the hotel, and the breakfast was really good.

Our night stay was okay in general. The room was clean etc. However, we were left disappointed when being charged an extortionate amount to use the washing facilities ($360 BR) when there was no mention of a charge. We have got in contact with the hotel to sort this privately, however there has been no response on the matter after multiple attempts to contact them.

The place was average. For the cost, I don’t think this is good value and policy requires them to considerably upcharge on second guests and early check Ins. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I suggest going to the other hotels near the airport

no indication at old (closed?) terminal 1 entrance on level 1 of hotel!! luckily two guests were using shuttle bus who told me to take lift to level 3 - where the hotel reception was immediately obvious. quick efficient, friendly check in (excellent English) nice room, good AC but no window- all fine

The A/C wasn't working so it was warm in the room without windows and there wasn't any hot water. The shuttle service did not operate as indicated so we walked from and to the hotel from Terminal 2. Fortunately the location of the hotel was the primary benefit, it was about a 15min walk.

Hôtel location is excellent- close to the beach and close to all the stores and restaurants. Staff is helpful in finding tours, etc. The rooms are a bit run down but clean. No microwave, coffee machine or tea pot in the room or in easy access at the hotel. For us the biggest issue was no access to filtered water - had to either buy or ask the staff to fill our water bottles in the basement staff kitchen.

Ok for a quick stopover. Clean, good A/C, wife thought the bed was great, me…it was OK. Staff was not welcoming or cordial. They acted like they were doing us a favor…pretty gruff. Be advised, this hotel is built into the nearly abandoned Terminal 1. Even the taxi drivers did not know where it was. Again…for one night when our flight was cancelled, it worked.
