Ranch Cottage with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi in Tirepied, Normandy

Located in Tirepied, Normandy, Gîte Ranch welcomes you to a comfortable 70 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined, plus a mezzanine with a double sofa bed. The living room also has a sofa bed for 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with 2 freezer drawers, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette set, and plancha. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, wood stove, baby cot, high chair, and toys and books for children.



Outside, enjoy total privacy on a 500 m² plot with private garden, perfect for children, and a pétanque court. The 40 m² uncovered private terrace and barbecue are ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site from your host for an extra fee.



Five shared parking spaces are available. Pets and events are not allowed.



You are 1 km from the village center of La Butte, with grocery store, bakery, restaurant, bar, and tobacconist nearby. A tennis court is 500 m away. Easy access to hiking trails towards Mont-Saint-Michel (35 km). Villedieu-les-Poêles is 15 km away, Granville port for trips to Chausey is 25 km, and the nearest beach at Falaises de Champeaux is within easy reach.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable (malheureusement trop court ! nous y reviendrons). Le lieu est absolument magnifique, en plein milieu d'une forêt. Cette petite maison dans les bois est parfaite pour profiter du calme de la nature. Elle est bien aménagée, joliment décorée, tout est neuf et en très bon état. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller au Mont Saint Michel. Nous sommes également allés à St Malo et Omaha Beach, un peu plus loin, mais distance correcte.
