"Everything was very straightforward, from check-in to check-out. The location is top, within walking distance are many shopping opportunities and sights. The accommodation is modern and secure, you can only get into the building with a PIN code. Always happy to stay again! "
"Gorgeous, lovingly refurbished hotel in a part of the city that is undergoing extensive renewal.
Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony.
90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.
Definitely will return. "
"The architecture was awesome, facilities are clean, staff are so accommodating. Cristina, the front desk staff was very professional and skilled with human relations."
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zepter in Belgrade! The hotel is beautifully updated—modern, clean, and stylish with a fresh, new feel. Our suite was a real surprise—it was much more spacious in person than it appeared in the photos online, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: safe, central, and walkable to everything—shopping, dining, and all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the...

"The management at this property was extremely professional and kind in resolving a travel matter I had that was not even their fault. I would absolutely stay at this property if I am ever back in Belgrade."
"The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk.
They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location. I could not have any negative comment about the Hotel nor the staff. And the only place I’ve had a hotel breakfast it was not for me but then again that might just be Serbia))"
"I’ve been staying in modern boutique hotels, but staying in an Art Nouveau masterpiece from 1908 was exciting to me. Our room was very traditional, but very large. It was nearly the size of a junior suite and had a large sitting area with a sofa and two chairs, I was impressed
The hotel is conveniently located to the area with restaurants and cocktail bars as well as historic buildings and the shopping boulevard
We didn’t opt for the breakfast, but had breakfast in the hotel restaurant anyway. Big portion of delicious avocado toast for about $8
The front desk staff was great !
I would stay there again
