Located in an old stone house from the 17th century, composed of 7 apartments, our modern studio apartment features all the necessary (and more...) amenities for a luxury holiday near stunning Tivat, at only 10 metres from the sea, with private beach at our guests' disposal. The private beach is accessible to the whole villa.
The gorgeous sea view studio features a double bed (170x200cm), a small but yet, full kitchen equipped with electric kettle, fridge and electric stoves, a recently renovated full bathroom with shower box and a splendid balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea,
where to enjoy the kiss of the Mediterranean sunlight.

Our villa is situated on the Northern coast of Lustica peninsula, Boka Kotor Bay, Montenegro, with view of Tivat, Lastva, Herceg Novi Riviera and mountain Lovcen. It is a small and quiet hamlet village with the cleanest sea on the Montenegrin cost, according to the researches made by the Sea Biology Institute from Kotor, The sun here rises a bit earlier and sets slightly later than in all Boka Kotor Bay. Bjelila consists of around twenty old stone houses where local people, used to make and store wine, boats equipment and fishing traps, since they had their vineyards in the valley named OKO. The vineyards used to extend from Bjelila to Krasici, as well as gardens full of orange and lemon trees. The area enjoys some specific micro climate conditions, meaning the breeze over the hill, fresh water into the sea coming from many springs (to mention a few: Small Frutak, Big Frutak, Small and Big Cave), as well as the river Rijeka which flows into the valley OKO in Bjelila. All these factors make Bjelila a pearl of this part of Tivat Bay, in which everybody finds just what they are looking for.
Nowadays in Bjelila there are few more than twenty permanent families, and during summer season number of residents is going up to more than three hundred.
We will be delighted to offer tips, advice and suggestions regarding cultural and sports activities to perform around here at any time of the year. At the reception you will be able to book guided tours and excursions and rent a car, also with a driver.
