"Extremely helpful and polite staff. Especially the director I think his name is Elmer he was so helpful , he helped me me to understand other staff as their English was basic. Also , he took me to do shopping with his own car and for free . I was really impressed with his attitude and his willingness to help. Only small issue with shower but Elmer explained that to the other staff and all was fixed . The staff are very quick in their response and fix the problems. I highly recommend this hotel . Safe , affordable, free airport transportation and breakfast. Price is very reasonable. Very safe neighbourhood . Thanks to all. Kindest regards Dr Farid Shaba from New Zealand."
