I love this place! Despite being close to Shibuya Station, the property is located in a quiet and stylish area, making for very comfortable stay. The coffee at the nearby café was also excellent! I was very happy with the clean, spacious room. Definitely stay here again! Thank you for wonderful stay.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay wonderful. The property had everything we needed, including a washing machine, a kitchen, towels, and all the essentials. It was so comfortable that we felt right at home, even while traveling. The location was excellent with easy access to Shibuya Station. The room was also clean and lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, within walking distance of both Shibuya and Ebisu stations. The room was clean and spacious, and it was fully equipped with everything needed for the stay. It is very convenient, with stylish cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores right in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo!

Everything was so neat , clean easy to open doors and locks, with a nice neighborhood and a park close by. Stove , washer, fridge I went with my son and daughter !! June 2026 Thanks !! Recommend this place

I’ll start with the positives! Great location (although 10m walk to trains) bed was huge and comfy, has a washer which is awesome for longer travels. Negatives: glitchy bathroom light that sometimes turns into a rave, and AC/heater remote is glitchy as well. The window shades don’t come all the way down, walls are thin (can hear the neighbors casually talking), stairs to the actual unit (front door to living) are STEEP, stairs to the bed area are very steep and uneven. God forbid you had to use the bathroom at night - it is trecherous. Overall a functional unit for a short stay but wouldn’t stay again!

Needs to specify the picture in the advertisement because the stairs is not for older person. Too stiff and not wide. Stairs on the sleeping area is not secured due to missing railling. Overall the apartment is clean and complete amenities.

The space was clean and had essentials. But it was much smaller than it seemed in the pictures. That’s probably the way it is in most of the accommodations in Tokyo.

Very handy location, near Shibuya station so perfect for getting round Tokyo with ease. Accessing the place proved tricky, the instructions for the lock to access the key wasn’t very clear and took about 20-30 mins for us to get in. Apart from that the amenities etc all worked perfectly and there wasn’t any other issues. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay in central Tokyo!

This spot is extremely deceiving on the listing, yes it is on the less expensive end but for starters it is extremely dirty. the sheets had weird yellow stains, the sinks were horrible and uncleaned, along with a horrible rotten egg smell coming from the bathroom sink. the bathroom sink is basically in the bathtub that is also the shower which isn’t a shower head it’s a hose. another thing that wasn’t listed was the fact that you have to take an extremely tall flight of stairs after opening the door to even get into the place. and with 3 large suitcases it was genuinely a nightmare. they also requested to change appliances in the middle of our stay? they said they had to fix our washing machine??? didn’t feel safe had to lock our suitcases every time we went out. Another thing is the beds felt extremely dirty and in very weird positions. there were no full body towels, we had to go buy some near by and we also wouldn’t use the pillows provided we used our airplane pillows for 8 nights straight. another thing is you can’t hold your luggage here. This was my first and LAST time booking a place that’s not a hotel. It was so bad that we literally almost booked another hotel nearby. please save yourself the frustration and don’t book here.

The location was great and close to Shibuya Station, so it was the perfect place to stay in Tokyo. The room was very clean and the area was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay. You can also walk to Ebisu Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants very close to the room. I highly recommend this accommodation. When I return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a truly wonderful trip.
