お部屋は広くきれいでした。 大浴場もきれいでしたが、混んでる時間帯に行ってしまったので、洗い場が空くまで少し待機してました。 朝食(和食)おいしいかったです。 部屋のドアが自動でちゃんと閉まらなかっ時もあったので、手で締めてました。(そういう仕様のドアなのかな)

The location is excellent if you want to stay in Tokyo station area as it is just a stone throw away from Shin-Nigonbashi station which is next to Tokyo station. The property was clean overall apart from the overlooked rather unpleasant stain on the bed cover. But then reception gave me an alternative upgraded room to compensate for this. The view is not at all exciting as it is in the down town location. The large public bath is a big plus if you are familiar with this. It really helps you to relax. The check out time is 10am which a bit too early for me.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kazusaya during my trip to Japan. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Tokyo Station and with excellent access to public transportation. Despite being in a central area, the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful whenever I had a question. Even now, after returning to Germany, I am still impressed by the level of service and hospitality I experienced during my stay. The attention to detail and genuine kindness of the staff left a lasting impression on me. Overall, Hotel Kazusaya was the perfect base for my first trip to Japan. I would happily stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for the hospitality!

Not much around the hotel - 9 min walk to Kanda and 2 min walk to Shinnihombashi station) but walkable to Tokyo station and Akihabara. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The best part was that they have onsen on the 2nd floor! Good value for the price for sure. I’d love to stay at this hotel again.

Great Japanese style breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms though a bit on the smaller side. If you have a lot of luggage (more than one suitcase per person) you may want to consider getting separate rooms. Given the great price point this shouldn’t be a big issue though.

Hotel & Zimmer war einwandfrei, modern und neuer. Hotel liegt sehr gut angebunden, JR Station gleich um die Ecke und weitere nur 10 Minuten entfernt, man kommt super bspw. nach Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc.. Family Mart, 7/11 genauso wie Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Akihabara ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt Zimmer auch geräumiger als man sich vorstellt - zumindest als Alleinreisende. Zimmer werden, bei BNS/DND, pflichtbedingt alle drei Tage gereinigt, ansonsten gibts täglich immer frische Handtücher. Personal war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Koffer Transfer nach Osaka hat auch geklappt. Würde ich wieder buchen. :)
