Hotel's location is perfect, it has direct connection to Takeshiba Station and a Family Mart below. Check in and out processes are also very easy. Bread served at breakfast is delicious.

Located in the business district of Hamamatsucho, hotel Tavinos is in a great location close to several train stations with great links into the main city. Air conditioned rooms which are compact but perfect for what we needed. If you are looking for a budget hotel in a quieter location this is it. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great place, especially because of the location. You can easily take the train to almost anywhere in Tokyo, and it’s also very close to the monorail to HND Airport. The amenities are basic, but you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a convenient location and nice rest.

Staff was great and everything was clean. The hotel is perfect for short stays and is located near the Yamanote line which is amazing. However, if you are planning for long stays or make a lot of purchases you might prefer another hotel since the rooms are not very big. Otherwise, it’s great!

The staff was super friendly. It was close to the train station. It was in a very nice area. I really enjoyed my stay keeping in mind. The room is entirely too small for more than two people so we manage, but just the two of us. The amenities is such as water, coffee, tea and eyes were valid and they were available 24 seven.

Clean rooms overall, right in the heart of Minato city as well as Takeshiba port the location is quite good not too far from the city and other major attractions like Tokyo tower and family mart right at the first floor. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting for the first time!

Helped me check in early since I wasn’t feeling well, and it was a smooth process. English friendly staff. Cool lobby—tea station, microwave, a huge manga selection, outdoor patio, claw machines, vending machine, self service luggage storage, washer/dryer, then free breakfast on top of that. The room was small but not overly, i could see 2 people staying but i was solo. Overall great location too.

Room is small but had space to put luggage under the bed. View was amazing and from the room you could barely hear the sounds of the street. Family Mart was on the first floor which was convenient. Staff were able to speak some English. Little harbour near by was nice to explore
