My first time doing a self check would had been easier if the staff would have seem like they genuinely want to help and not as an obligation. There was some other staff in the laundry room that did help with a problem with one of the washing machine he had dyed blonde hair thank you staff!

Shower are on B1 and elevator is only going to level 1 to 4 so it’s not practical. I had problems with neighbors speaking loudly at the phone after midnight. I informed per mail and the day after he continued after 11pm also even is I go directly to the reception. I felt not listened.
